California Privacy Notice
This notice applies to residents of California and supplements our Privacy Policy. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”), and the California Online Privacy Protection Act.
Categories of personal information we collect
In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories described in our Privacy Policy: identifiers such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number and IP address; commercial information such as the products you have viewed and purchased; internet and network activity such as pages visited and how you interact with our website; and inferences drawn from that information. We collect it from you directly, automatically from your device, and from service providers including our payment processor, our shipping carriers and our email provider.
Sensitive personal information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not use or disclose it for any purpose other than those permitted under the CCPA.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share personal information with advertising partners, including Google, so that advertising may be measured and targeted on other websites. California law treats that as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may opt out at any time using our Your privacy choices page, by emailing us at sales@code4uniforms.com, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we treat as a valid opt-out request.
Your rights
Subject to verification of your identity, California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to limit our use of sensitive personal information. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code section 1798.83, California residents may request, once per calendar year and free of charge, information about the personal information we disclosed to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. Send any such request to sales@code4uniforms.com.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including fulfilling your orders and meeting our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
