Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM Pacific, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $14.99 per order within the contiguous United States. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. Oversized or freight items, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories, may incur additional charges and longer transit times. We will contact you with any additional cost before shipping.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one shipment depending on item availability. If your order ships separately, there is no extra cost to you. You will not be charged additional shipping for multiple shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, including hazardous materials and other regulated items, may have shipping restrictions, additional fees, or eligibility requirements based on your location and applicable law. We will contact you if any restriction affects your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at returns@code4uniforms.com if your item arrives damaged or if there are issues with your shipment, so we can help resolve it.

Departments and Agencies

We offer department billing, purchase order (PO) processing, and bulk-order shipping for law enforcement, fire, EMS, military, and government agencies. Contact us to set up an account or arrange bulk shipping.
