Ordering & Products
Who do you sell to?
Code 4 Uniforms serves law enforcement officers, military service members, fire and rescue personnel, EMS and medical professionals, security teams, and anyone who relies on dependable tactical and duty gear. Our store is open to the public.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We carry genuine, first-quality gear from trusted brands including 5.11 Tactical, Safariland, Streamlight, Elbeco, Flying Cross, First Tactical, BLACKHAWK!, Rocky, and many more. We are an authorized reseller and ship factory-fresh products.
What does "Available to Order" mean on a product page?
Items marked "Available to Order" are special-order products that are not held in stock and are ordered specifically for you. They are still available to purchase, but they are final sale and ship on a slightly longer timeline. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do you help with sizing?
Each product page includes the manufacturer's size chart whenever one is available, so you can find the right fit before you order. If you'd like hands-on help, you're welcome to visit our retail store in Glendora, where we offer in-person fitting.
Do you offer embroidery, patches, or uniform customization?
Online orders ship as standard stock items and are not customized. For embroidery, name tapes, patches, badges, or department outfitting, please contact us directly or visit our retail location and we'll be glad to help.
Departments, Agencies & Bulk Orders
Do you offer pricing for departments and agencies?
Yes. We work with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, EMS organizations, security companies, and other groups on volume and contract pricing. Contact us at sales@code4uniforms.com or (626) 387-8132 to request a quote, and we'll put together pricing for your order.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We work with agencies and departments on bulk and contract orders. Reach out to discuss your requirements and we'll let you know the best way to place your order.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $14.99 on all orders within the continental United States, and free shipping on orders over $99.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day and arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they ship. Special-order items may take a little longer. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.
Why might my order arrive in more than one shipment?
Occasionally items in a single order ship separately. If a second shipment applies to your order, a separate shipping charge may apply and will be noted at checkout or on the product page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
For in-stock, returnable items, we accept returns within 30 days of the date your order ships. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required, items must be unused and in their original packaging, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Which items can't be returned?
Special-order ("Available to Order") items are final sale. Other non-returnable items include hazardous goods such as sprays and aerosols, first aid and PPE, undergarments and base layers, headwear, electronics and communication products, discontinued or expired items, and any price-marked product.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at sales@code4uniforms.com or (626) 387-8132 to request an RMA before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the problem is the result of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
What about manufacturer warranties?
Many brands we carry offer their own warranties. For warranty issues, contact the manufacturer directly through their website or customer service line. We're happy to point you to the right place.
