Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@code4uniforms.com with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason. Do not ship anything back before requesting a return. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Items shipped without an RMA number, or to any address not provided by us, will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. If the manufacturer assesses a fee greater than 25%, the customer is responsible for the difference. We recommend shipping returns via a traceable, insured carrier.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right. These returns are not subject to the restocking fee or return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, regulatory, and supplier reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded (including but not limited to): hazardous or dangerous goods; first aid and PPE; undergarments and headwear; handcuffs; personal communication products; forensic supplies; custom or special-order items (including embroidery, badges, name tapes, and alterations); discontinued or expired products; products with retail price marking; sale items; and gift cards. Contact us with any questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method (minus the restocking fee and any manufacturer difference) within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at returns@code4uniforms.com.
