Many officers are now choosing to carry tourniquets on their duty belt since having a tourniquet close at hand can be a life saver. Literally. The Aker Leather 525 Tourniquet Pouch is a slim option to carry one CAT7 tourniquet on your duty belt. We designed the pouch using premium leather molded to properly secure and carry the tourniquet while showing the exposed tab. It is held in place for quick access using a solid brass snap closure in chrome, black, brass, or hidden snaps.
