Eleven 10 Medical ID Kit

The Eleven 10 Medical ID Kit allows all of your team members to have vital medical information readily available on their person. The Medical ID Sleeve has Velcro on both sides to allow you to place the sleeve behind your identifying patches on your vest. If a team member goes down for a medical emergency, the medics can pull out the card and see the pertinent information. The Medical ID Card can be completed by each person with an ultra fine point sharpie (not included).
